Simply, the client/firm want you to take a PAY CUT.

The client/firm call it a NEW COMPENSATION PACKAGE. Let's say YOU assume all the risk. Let's say, the client/firm has slashed your pay along with your coworkers, whom, like you, may have a family to support, and/or babies and debt.

You've seen the commercial, and now it's all in full color, and has arrived at a theatre near you!

It's time for you to have your “VIAGRA talk”, yup, you are getting screwed...
