Eat a peach...

Humans should use the brain and spirit, and behave and make decisions at a higher order. Being a vegetarian or vegan requires discipline, and it is the only healthy option. I live in a modern world where I can grow my food, or choose to eat and create a non-violent diet. An awakening of the mind is for the courageous. I want to contribute to causes to erase war, er occupation, starvation, disease, and poverty. What little I do in my life, helps me to realize, I am living a life that helps others and the creatures that surround me. The peace movement will go on when I am gone, no matter how small we are in numbers- S Van Dusen
